Control had never been an issue for Madame President Dreyfuss. A life perfectly coordinated, as if each heartbeat was scheduled. Not even her appearance strayed from this order. For example, the gray streaks in her shoulder-length brunette hair seemed to have sprung up intentionally. This aspiration for perfection is nothing new for humanity on the whole, what is new is its necessity. To shirk control, to slip up and lose oneself to these simple vanities that were once taken for granted could mean life or utter destruction. A messy breakup, a crushing disappointment or the wrong inconvenience and the world has to deal with another one of these terrifying transformations that, in their wake, set loose a rampaging beast capable of unfathomable devastation.
